Preamble
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of The Doorman Club platform and its sports concierge services. By creating an account, you unreservedly accept these terms.
1. Purpose of Service
The Doorman Club is a VIP sports concierge service that facilitates exclusive access to prestigious sporting events. We act as an intermediary between our members and event organizers.
2. Registration and Account Creation
2.1. Registration Conditions
- Registration is reserved for adults
- Information provided must be accurate and up-to-date
- One account per person is authorized
- Email verification is mandatory
2.2. Account Validation
The Doorman Club reserves the right to accept or refuse any registration request without having to justify its decision.
3. Member Obligations
As a member, you agree to:

- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Respect rules of good conduct and courtesy
- Not use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes

Availability of seats and events is subject to organizers' capacity. The Doorman Club cannot guarantee permanent service availability.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Doorman Club acts as an intermediary and makes every effort to provide quality service. However, our liability cannot be engaged in case of circumstances beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content (logo, texts, images, design) is the exclusive property of The Doorman Club and is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
7. Suspension and Termination
7.1. By Member
You can delete your account at any time from your profile or by contacting us.
7.2. By The Doorman Club
We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in case of:
- Non-compliance with these terms
- Inappropriate or fraudulent behavior
- False information during registration
8. Personal Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR. You have the right of access, rectification, deletion and objection.
9. Modifications of Terms
The Doorman Club reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be informed by email of any substantial modification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and in the absence of amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
